Phoenix FC Academy
Our philosophy is to develop the complete player and our programs highly focus on, firstly, creating an understanding of the game by improving individual technique and developing tactical awareness and, secondly, developing leaders in the process honing the leadership skills for each player who passes through the academy.
Our football philosophy is the offensive type of play composed of fast, exciting and attacking football.
Player Pathways
Join our Academy-Scouting and Trials
We are always on the look-out for new talents to build our existing teams and help us compete at the highest level.
Every year we accept new registrations for players between the ages of three (3) years to seven (7) years. If you fall within this age bracket as at 1st January of any year please apply for registration by the 31st of January of that year.
We also accept new registrations within our other age categories but only for very talented players. For such registration we will want to see a video and review coach/parent recommendations.
Academy Programs
Our Football Programs aim at the wholistic development of the player through technical and physical training, tactical orientation and social integration.
